To extract the varietal aromas, the grape undergoes a cold pre-fermentation maceration. After that, the must obtained is fermented at a low temperature until it reaches about 10 alcoholic degrees, where the fermentation so that part of the natural sugar of the muscatel grape remains, providing the natural sweetness of the wine.
It is a very bright, transparent, clean wine, and attractive to the eye. Its color is a very pale yellow with slightly greenish edges.
It has a very high aromatic intensity. The primary aromas characteristic of the Muscatel variety emerge from a standing glass, in addition to the fragrance of fresh grapes, white flowers and some white fruit. In a shaken glass, the floral aromas intensify, appearing citrus tones. It is an elegant wine with a very fresh aroma.
In the mouth it has a medium, sweet and pleasant mid palate. Fruity and sweet, but with the necessary acidity to avoid being cloying. Fresh and powerful aftertaste, with a medium and slightly bitter aftertaste typical of the Muscatel variety.
Ideal to accompany foie, soft cheeses and other delicacies.
