Nose
It is pleasant, with well-integrated carbonic and acidity. Rich in aromas typical of the Muscatel of Alexandria variety, highlighting aromas of apple, orange, honeyed and aniseed notes. Citrus aromas with hints of tropical fruits are also appreciated.
Mouth
It is dry, and with a good slightly acidic entry. With a notable mid palate and a long finish, its retronasal phase is interesting as it offers us a good fruit intensity. Overall it is very well balanced, pleasant and smooth, with fine bubbles.
