It is a clean, bright and attractive wine to look at. With an intense strawberry red color, and elegant variations of bluish tones.
Nose
It has a high aromatic intensity. In the still glass, the fine aromas of ripe red fruit stand out, as well as certain notes of anise, typical of the giró variety. Aniseed aromas emerge in a shaken glass, enhancing the aromas of ripe red fruit.
Mouth
Fleshy mouthfeel and medium-light palate. With the right acidity, it has a moderately long and bitter finish. In retronasal you can feel the sweet notes of ripe strawberry, which gives the overall wine a very pleasant flavor.
Pairing
Without a doubt a great rosé wine, which is perfect to accompany all types of rice, fish and meats from the region. Marina Alta.
