Garlic Condiment: Macerated for more than a month in a natural way so that both products retain all their properties, we obtain a product with a great flavor and aroma. Suitable to accompany meats, fish, salads, gazpacho, and salmorejo.

Within our gourmet products you can find in the gourmet room 3 varieties of organic extra virgin olive oil from the La Alquería Olive Oil Mill. Its olives are harvested in early veraison, during the second half of October, in the Comtat region. It is a product of the Sierra de Mariola Natural Park (Alicante, Spain).

Picual organic extra virgin olive oil:

It comes exclusively from the Picual olive. The extra virgin olive oil of the Picual variety is excellent for our health thanks to its composition of fatty acids and its natural antioxidants.

Alfafarenca organic extra virgin olive oil:

It is extracted exclusively from Alfafarenca olives. It is characterized for being very stable thanks to its high content of oleic acid and antioxidant polyphenols.

Organic extra virgin olive oil Blanqueta:

Extracted exclusively from the Blanqueta olive. Its high content of vitamin E, polyphenols and linoleic acid make it one of the healthiest oils in the world.

Bodegas Xaló's extra virgin olive oil is a gourmet product obtained by cold extraction. The cold extraction of olive oil is carried out at a temperature below 27° C. The temperature has an important impact on the quality of the oil, since the substances responsible for the aromas and flavor are volatile substances, which causes them to evaporate easily.

In addition, low temperatures reduce the speed of the oxidation process, so that all other things being equal, a product of lower acidity is obtained.
