Nose
High aromatic intensity. A stationary glass highlights the clean, sweet, and fresh aromas, of ripe grape, sweet blackberries, and sarsaparilla with a very interesting herbaceous touch. A shaken glass intensifies the aromas that appear in a still glass, increasing the sensation of sweetness and freshness typical of liqueur wines or mistelas.
Mouth
On the palate it is dense, unctuous and sweet. Acidity according to the sweetness of the wine, and just astringency. Unmistakable and original feature of this red liqueur wine, which makes it different from the rest of mistelas. Very pleasant and medium persistence finish.
