It is a wine that is characterized by being very sweet, fruity, and with a silky mid palate, but at the same time light and fresh. A perfect wine to enjoy at any time of the day or during meals.

It is a bright and attractive wine to look at. With a strawberry pink color and a slight violet hue.
Nose
It has a very high aromatic intensity. A still glass highlights its subtle aromas of red fruit such as raspberry and ripe watermelon. In a shaken glass, the aromas of ripe red fruit intensify, emerging aniseed notes.
Mouth
It is a semi-sweet, silky and voluminous wine. It has a medium step and the great weight of the fresh fruit is noticeable. It also has a slight presence of carbonic. With an intense, fruity aftertaste, and a moderately long and slightly bitter aftertaste.
Pairing
Perfect to take with starters (cheese, ham or anchovies), as well as with pastas and pizzas. It is also ideal to enjoy as an aperitif.
