Limited Edition Wines by Bodegas Xaló

Limited edition or high-end wines are the clearest representation of the true capacity of the winery to create wines of the highest quality. They are characterized by having the following properties:

• Reduced number of bottles.
• Selection of the best grapes.
• A very careful preparation.

The objective is to create the best possible wine, and the reasons why the winery decides to create them are two:

1. To have exceptional vineyards that produce a grape of superior quality, or with a special variety. In which case the size of said plot limits the number of bottles that can be produced.
2. The evolution of a wine in the winery can influence the decision to create wines of limited editions. In other words, we have a very good wine that we allow to have a longer maturation and aging time in the barrels in order to create a superior and unique wine.

In addition to these two considerations, limited edition wines are pampered throughout the production process.
